Payment Methods
Hookah Stories General Partnership (O.E.) offers its customers the option to choose among the following payment methods when completing an order through the online store.
The terms governing payments supplement and are interpreted in conjunction with the Terms of Use of the online store.
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment is made in cash upon delivery of the order to the courier. Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Greece, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective courier company.
2. Payment by Credit / Debit / Prepaid Card
Customers may pay for their order electronically using a credit, debit, or prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, etc.). Electronic transactions are carried out in a secure, encrypted environment (SSL) through certified electronic payment providers and banking institutions.
Card details are not stored under any circumstances in the Company’s systems and are used exclusively for the completion of the transaction.
Payment is completed immediately, and the order is processed without delay.
3. Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer
Customers may pay for their order via bank deposit by selecting the corresponding payment method during checkout.

Payment may be made via e-banking, bank branch, or ATM. The customer is required to state the order number as the deposit reference.
The order is placed on hold and is considered completed and accepted only after the full amount has been credited to the Company’s bank account.
The usual time for the deposit to appear is 1–3 business days. The Company bears no responsibility for delays attributable to the banking system.
The customer must complete the bank deposit within three (3) business days from the date of order placement. Otherwise, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order in accordance with the Terms of Use.
Any bank charges or fees are borne exclusively by the customer.
4. Discount Codes
The Company may provide discount codes (coupons) as part of promotional campaigns or other offers. If the customer holds a valid discount code, it may be entered in the designated field during the checkout process. Upon successful entry of the discount code, the online store system automatically calculates the applicable discount and
displays the final payable amount prior to payment completion.
Discount codes:
- apply only if active and valid
- may be subject to time limits or other restrictions
- may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated otherwise
The Company reserves the right to cancel or deactivate any discount code in cases of misuse or violation of the Terms of Use.
5. Security of Electronic Transactions
The security of electronic transactions is a top priority for the Company. All payments are processed through secure protocols and certified encryption systems. Customers’ personal and financial data are protected in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy of the online store.
